1.    機械根據產品的性能，工藝而設計！本產品屬于環(huán)保型、天然乳膠為主要原材料、添加其他輔料、有；合成膠、氧化鋅、促進劑、分散劑、抗氧劑等、、、、、、、進行氣泡成型。

2. 機械主要組成部分；A，發(fā)泡機（全自動連續(xù)雙頭）B，攪拌機 C，球磨機，D,22米X2.2米X1.90米（硫化烘箱）。E，鍋爐（燃油，燃氣，均可）

3. 全自動連續(xù)發(fā)泡機是乳膠卷材專用機械，采用不銹鋼制作，有1700個方齒組成！我公司專業(yè)研制的雙模頭發(fā)泡均勻！細膩，倍率高！采用韓國，德國技術，改制而成！也是乳膠發(fā)泡行業(yè)的主要機械之一！

4.  攪拌機；是我公司自行設計，是根據客戶當地的氣溫情況而設計，加入添加劑后，進行混合，熟化，使物料拌均勻！攪達到進入機械發(fā)泡效果！

5.  雙筒球磨機；是根據韓國技術而設計改造成型，是目前國內最簡易最經濟的球磨機，一臺機械可以帶動400公斤，雙筒球磨的高效果！機械配置；高速鏈條，減速機，方管支架焊機而成！

6.  烘箱設計；目前是國內首創(chuàng)設計的硫化烘箱、散熱器部分全部設計在箱體內！這樣大大降低了供熱的成本！采用高溫電機！使用壽命長，每組采用上下對吹形式，使發(fā)泡后的的產品均勻受熱！搬運方便，組合一體，解決了某些廠家、就地焊接就地制作、移動搬遷不方便特點！我公司技術人員深入研究，改制、生產中存在的問題，逐步走向成熟，現在機械是全自動流水生產！自動卷曲！機架采用標準鋼管，輸送部分采用硅膠帶、不銹鋼托輥多根、保溫板采用冷軋板噴漆、內里采用鍍鋅板，填充采用石棉板5公分厚、保溫效果直接影響產品效果！主要降低供熱成本！供熱方式在這里說明一下，（目前有三種，一種是蒸汽，一種是導熱油，一種是電加熱，不管哪個方式加熱是一個目的就是把乳膠發(fā)泡后的產品進行硫化，產品才能達到高效果！彈性好?。?/span>

Mainly reduce heating costs! Heating mode here to explain, (there are three, one is steam, one is the heat transfer oil, one is electric heating, no matter which way of heating is a purpose is to latex foam products after curing, product ability To achieve high efficiency!

7.   涂膠機；尺寸按照產品設計隨同烘箱相接、加工精密，上下起落電機，厚度可以調節(jié)！而且是很準確，發(fā)泡后的產品不會出現厚度不均勻！挎板采用不銹鋼制作！不粘膠，行走部分，減速機可以調節(jié)，變頻器，配電箱控制，前后輸送速度，卷曲速度！全部采用進口電器，精確度高！特點。

8.  遠紅外定型；我公司研制上下自動起落！改制傳統(tǒng)手動起落！方便工人操作！減少人力，采用石英管安裝！使用壽命高達1000小時！瞬間發(fā)熱量高特點！

比傳統(tǒng)管高達幾十倍，產品成型的主要部分！也是我公司改制的主要部分！國內首創(chuàng)改制的地方！

9.  卷曲部分；糾偏器，采用三控光電系統(tǒng)，輸送帶不偏離產品涂膠準確！設定計數器，產品準確計量！設有自動裁斷（可根據客戶要求而需求設定刀具數量）

10. 計算成本；一噸膠乳生產3800平方（D20密度、厚度2mm）

11. 廠房面積；機械占地面積800平方，包裝、倉庫、200平方均可。

建議；廠房最好長度40米-45米，如果和小鞋墊一起生產，鞋墊的機械可以降低價格！而且生產產品換可以提高！而且降低供熱量，保溫性能好！特點！
